How do I place an order?
How long will it take to receive my covers?
Standard size fitness covers will ship within 2-3 weeks, but are often in stock and available and frequently ship sooner!
Our lead times for custom fitness and home equipment fabric covers are typically 2-3 weeks. This means that your cover order will ship in 2-3 weeks from receipt of signed estimate and payment!
We typically require 3-4 weeks to produce large quantity cover orders. We can also expedite orders upon request for a fee starting at $50. Please contact us for an estimate and lead time!
How quickly will someone get back to me with a price quote?
Once we receive all dimensions, photos, and relevant information required to provide an accurate estimate, we will send an estimate within 1-2 business days.
I want fitness covers for my business – is the process and pricing different for me?
We are happy to help with a business quote! Pricing will likely be different depending on the quantity of covers ordered and other factors unique to businesses. Please contact us using our “Contact Us” to get an order started.
What size do I order for my fitness cover?
Each product page has a sizing chart to help you find the right cover for your fitness equipment.
Size Chart Directions:
1 Find your machine height along the top.
2 Find your machine width under your machine height.
3 Find machine length along the left side of the chart. *Length should be the longest measurement of your length & width.
4 Follow where the 3 measurements intersect to find your cover size!
5 If no sizes match your measurements you may need a custom cover. Please contact us at info@equipinc.com or 719-599-0300. We are happy to help!
Do you offer different fabric options and colors?
We offer light-weight 210D Nylon fabric for indoor applications. The indoor fabrics are treated to be water resistant and fire retardant and meet CPAI-84 and NFPA-701 fire codes. Our 210D Nylon indoor fabric is available in Black or Charcoal Grey. Contact us for more information!
Our most highly recommended outdoor fabric is called Speclok, available in Grey and Black. Speclok is treated to be weather resistant, UV/mildew/mold resistant, anti-static, and fire retardant.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, electronic checks, and Paypal payments.
Please note that Equip does not charge sales tax on out of state orders. Sales tax will be charged on in-state orders (Colorado billing addresses).
Do you work with customers out of state? What about out of the country?
We work with customers nationwide and internationally. We can ship covers anywhere in the world, and typically utilize UPS and USPS as our preferred shipping providers. Our most common shipping destinations are the US, Canada and Australia.
Does your fabric meet required fire safety codes?
Our fabric meets CPAI-84 and NFPA-701 fire codes. Full documentation and testing certificates are available upon request.
Do you offer any discounts for quantity orders? Any special promos?
Additional discounts are available for larger orders. Please contact us, or request an estimate, for more information.

Do you offer custom covers, or just standard sizes?
We have a selection of standard sized fitness equipment covers in stock that can be purchased on our website. The rest of our covers are custom manufactured based on the dimensions and specifications you provide in order to meet your needs!
What are the care instructions for Equip Home & Fitness covers?
Spot clean covers with a damp cloth.
DO NOT USE HEAT OR IRON.
Equip Inc. does not warranty covers subjected to treatment not recommended in the care instructions. Contact Equip Home & Fitness with any questions or concerns.
Do your products include a warranty?
At Equip, Inc. we back our products 100% and quality is our highest priority.
All of our covers include a (1) year quality guarantee. Should the workmanship or quality of materials fail under intended handling within (1) year from receipt of order, Equip will repair and return the product to the customer at no cost. If the product falls under warranty, Equip will cover ground shipping to and from the customer.
Materials covered under warranty include fabric, zippers, grommets and cables. The warranty only extends to materials subjected to intended care and handling. Please reference the Care Instructions Label located on the inside top of your cover by the zipper, or contact Equip for detailed instructions. Please note that any fabrics subjected to conditions outside of intended environmental conditions are not covered under warranty.
Workmanship covered under warranty includes stitching. The warranty extends only to covers subjected to intended care and handling. Please reference the Care Instructions Label located on the inside top of your cover by the zipper, or contact Equip for detailed instructions.

Does Equip Home & Fitness offer cover repairs?
Equip’s quality guarantee also includes half-off repairs on our covers for (1) year. This includes normal wear and tear caused to the fabric, cable assemblies and/or zippers. NOTE: Shipping expenses are not included and must be covered by the customer.

What is your return policy?
**We are unable to accept returns on custom covers since custom covers are made to order.
Standard sized fitness covers may be returned within 2 weeks in “like new” condition (customer pays for return shipping and restocking fee).
If cover is returned dirty, a cleaning fee will also be applied.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We work with manufacturers in a broad range of industries and are happy to discuss setting up your manufacturing business with a wholesale account.
Do you offer “price matching”?
We strive to offer our customers top quality products at competitive prices with excellent customer support. If you have a quote for fitness or home equipment covers from another supplier, we are happy to look at it and do our best to match it.
